The shipping of our products to the customer is free of charge worldwide and takes place via DHL.

Note: We send our goods untaxed and duty unpaid to Switzerland or non-EU countries. Excluded from this is the forwarding of bulky products (e.g. Rug, P' Rug, Mountain Rug). Shipping price on request.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany in 1 - 2 weeks, for deliveries abroad within 1 - 2 weeks after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from DHL with a link to track your shipment.

You can return items to us within 28 days of receipt or delivery to your chosen storage location.
