The product sent to you does not meet your expectations? 

Of course, you have the option to exchange it, replace it with another product of your choice or request a refund. The return is free of charge for you within Germany.

And here it goes:

Send an email with the request for refund and exchange to:

We will send you a return label to print out via email and you can easily send the package back to LPJ.

But be careful:

Of course, only LPJ products in their original condition may be returned to us.
